Welcome to cbeens.dev. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Dougg Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide technical consulting and managed infrastructure services, including:

  • Web Design & Development: Full-stack development and Webflow implementation.
  • Business Automation: Design and management of automated workflows via third-party integrations.
  • Infrastructure Management: Managed hosting, database management, and site health monitoring.
  • Technical Consulting: Technology audits, project discovery, and solutions architecture.

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Automatic Renewal: All service plans (Basic, Standard, Custom) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your client portal or by emailing info@cbeens.dev. Cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital consulting and allocated server resources, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Data Management and Third-Party Services

  • Proprietary Stack: Our services utilize a managed modular infrastructure involving various third-party cloud service providers, automation engines, and hosting platforms to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Data Controller Status: While we architect and manage the systems that process your data, you remain the Data Owner. We implement industry-standard security measures, but we are not responsible for data breaches or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
  • Uptime: We do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party platforms.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Client Content: You retain all rights to any content, branding, or proprietary data provided to us for your project.
  • Dougg Systems IP: The specific automated logic, custom code snippets, and system architectures developed by Dougg Systems, LLC remain our intellectual property unless a formal transfer of IP is executed in a separate project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dougg Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from:

  1. Service interruptions or downtime of third-party platforms.
  2. Errors in automated workflows.
  3. Unauthorized access to your systems due to client-side credential mismanagement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Travis County, Austin, Texas.
